As Office Manager, you will ensure that everyone is happy! You will be responsible for the facilities within the company and the financial administration. You will monitor contracts with customers and suppliers and provide support to the director. If there is anything that needs to be organized, this is also where you can show your talents. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing facilities such as contracts with service providers
  • Managing outgoing and incoming invoicing
  • Stock management and contact with customers and suppliers
  • Organising meetings, events and team-building activities
  • Ensuring a representative and well-functioning office environment
  • Organising business trips and HR-related tasks
Das bringen Sie mit
•    MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
•    At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
•    Excellent command of Dutch and English
•    Knowledge of financial administration
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office tools
•    Proactive, independent and solution-oriented
•    Social and accurate
